Online ordering (webshop)

You can safely order Alka® products online.

Please read below for a detailed, step-by-step guide and information on the various payment options we offer.

Ordering by phone

Ordering by phone is also possible!

We are available by phone from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM at the following number:

Our team is ready to take your order and address any questions you may have. If you call before 4:00 PM, your order is usually shipped the same day.

1 Add the desired item to your shopping cart by clicking the “Add to cart” button. Once you do this, a pop-up will appear, confirming that the product has been added to your cart. You can then continue shopping, proceed to checkout, or add a recommended extra product. When you’re ready to check out, click “Proceed to checkout.”
2 Enter your personal details. If you already have an account with Alka.nl, you can easily log in with your email address and password. If this is your first order, you can either create an account or place your order as a guest.
3 Select your preferred payment method, such as iDEAL, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, Klarna (pay later), or manual bank transfer.
4 Review your order, enter a discount code if applicable, and click “Apply discount code.” If you have any additional comments about the order, enter them under “Additional comments about the order.” Then agree to the terms and conditions and click “Complete order.” You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Payment methods

We offer several payment methods to facilitate the completion of your order. At Alka®, you can pay online in a secure environment via the recognized payment provider Mollie. Your data is treated with strict confidentiality. Payments on our website are processed through a secure SSL system. Below are the different payment options.

Credit card

You can securely enter your credit card details via the secure SSL procedure. Together with your credit card company, we ensure that the processing is correct. No additional fees are charged.

PayPal

You can process your payment directly with the online payment service PayPal. To use this, you must be a member of PayPal. With PayPal, you can pay online without revealing your financial details. PayPal also offers buyer protection. If you choose PayPal, we receive your payment immediately and process your order right away.

Apple Pay

Apple Pay offers a convenient and secure way to pay via your Apple device, without needing cards or cash. This payment option is only available if you place your order using an Apple device.

Klarna

Once your order is confirmed, we process and ship it immediately. You will then receive an email from Klarna with payment instructions two days later. You have 14 days to complete the payment.

Using Klarna for the first time? Please register. If it's not your first time using Klarna, select 'Pay via Klarna' to proceed. No bank details or passwords are required.

iDEAL

With iDEAL, you can pay directly during the ordering process using your Dutch bank card. You settle in your trusted online banking environment, based on the security methods of your own bank.

Advance payment

If you choose to pay via manual bank transfer, you will receive the necessary payment details during the checkout process and by email afterward. Payment via manual transfer is free of charge. Once we receive your payment, we will ship your order.
