Usage advice

Alka® pH-Caps Original

Take 2 capsules daily with water, just before, during, or immediately after a meal.
For children aged 12 and over: 1 capsule per day.
Are you also using Alka® Drops? Allow at least 1 hour to pass between taking the capsules and drinking the alkaline water.

Alka® Thee:

1 filter in 250 ml heet water (5 minuten trekken) óf 2 filters in 1 liter water (10 minuten trekken)

Omdat dit pakket BasenCaps, Thee en Greens Caps combineert. Zo kun je zuren aanpakken in de darmen, ze afvoeren via basische kruiden
en tegelijkertijd je voeding aanvullen met meer dan 60 basische voedingsstoffen.

In principe is dat geen probleem. Echter, toch is het altijd slim om het even te checken. Neem contact op met onze Alka® Specialisten voor vrijblijvend advies.

Ja, alle producten zijn plantaardig en vrij van gluten, lactose, soja en kunstmatige hulpstoffen.

Na het opmaken van het pakket kun je doorgaan met de producten die je het fijnst vindt. We adviseren doorgaans om dagelijks ten minste Alka® Zuur-Base Druppels te gebruiken. Deze helpen bij het neutraliseren van de zure afvalstoffen die dagelijks in je lichaam ontstaan. Daarnaast is Alka® Greens een uitstekende manier om dagelijks meer dan 30 extra voedingsstoffen binnen te krijgen. Welke producten je verder gebruikt, hangt af van je persoonlijke voorkeuren. Als je medicijnen gebruikt, is het verstandig om eerst met je arts te overleggen voordat je begint met supplementen.
