At Alka®, we strive to offer you the best experience, even if you decide to return a product. We understand that you may sometimes change your mind or that a product may not meet your expectations. That is why we offer a transparent return policy and always give you 14 days to change your mind. Please read below to find out how it works.
When you purchase our products, you have a 14-day legal right of withdrawal. This means you may return the products within 14 days of receipt. If the products have already been used, we may charge a depreciation fee. See the details in the section below.
To serve you best, please notify us in writing of your intention to withdraw, either by post or email. You can use the European model withdrawal form or write your own statement.

Please return the product in its original, undamaged packaging whenever possible.
If there are signs of use, we reserve the right to charge the depreciation to you. This only applies if the signs of use go beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
When you purchase Alka®, the legal warranty applies (according to Article 12 of the General Terms and Conditions). This means the product must meet what you can reasonably expect from it.
1. If you wish to return (part of) your order, contact us and notify us of your return within the 14-day reflection period.
2. You may also return the products without needing to contact us first. Fill in the European model withdrawal form, or write your own statement indicating that you wish to cancel the purchase. Send this along with the products (within 14 days of receipt) back to us.
3. After receiving your return, we will refund the purchase amount, usually within 14 days.
4. We reserve the right to refund only after receiving the products.
