How to use the alkaline Alka® Deo

To use the deodorant, first remove the cap from the stick. Then, turn the bottom of the stick to push up a small amount of deodorant. Apply it evenly to dry armpits. Allow the deodorant to dry briefly before getting dressed. After each use, be sure to close the cap securely. Important: Do not turn the stick back down after use.

Tip
If the deodorant feels hard (especially in cold temperatures), hold the stick against your armpit for about 10 seconds: your body heat will soften it and make application easier.

Congratulations! Yes, you can use Alka® Deo safely. It is natural and contains no ingredients that may harm you or your baby. It also does not block your pores or glands. 

We recommend using Alka® Deo for a minimum of 2 weeks. If you previously used an antiperspirant, the pores under your arms may have been blocked by aluminum salts. Your body needs time to clear these blockages so it can function normally. During this process, you may experience temporary “detox” symptoms, such as small red bumps.
