    I am quite satisfied with the quick handling and the aftercare. If all institutions would adopt your service, then all the dispute committees could close their doors, as we wouldn't need them anymore. That would be great.

    Very pleasant. One advantage is that the phone number is displayed at the top of the homepage in large clear numbers. No searching and endless clicking. That gives me immediate confidence.
