    Very quick and accurate handling; however, I only received a notification at delivery that another item was out of stock and would be shipped later. I believe this should have been mentioned in the delivery email.

    Extraordinarily friendly and especially informative. I ordered a few things and I'm still waiting for the tea. The drops (using for about 14 days) do help a bit, but not as much as I hoped yet. I have/had severe gout. One of my toes was cut open to drain the "tofi," which resembles pus. That provided some relief. The drops in combination with foot baths are already helping a little. I can now sleep with the duvet on my feet. I asked some questions to the lady on the phone. She listened patiently and provided explanations when necessary. Great service. I am happy with Alka. The explanations and quick handling. Thank you very much.
