    I take a sachet of spermidine powder in a glass of water daily. On December 13th, I started my second series of 30 sachets. My digestion has improved. No more toilet paper needed, consistent stools pass smoothly with the water. I do go to the bathroom more often, sometimes 3 times a day, but in smaller amounts.

    I've been enjoying ALKA tea for years and needed to reorder. Unfortunately, I discovered that my address also exists in Belgium, which prevented me from placing my order. I called customer service, and they were very helpful in resolving the issue.
