    Juffrouw was uiterst vriendelijk en stuurde direct een bevestiging van mijn bestelling en de betaalopties. Na de betaling kreeg ik een bericht dat het geld was ontvangen en dat de bestelling in uitvoering was en wanneer de levering zou volgen.

    Wat Alka betreft prima, wat het vervoersbedrijf betreft minder. Het pakketje bleef 2 dagen in Joure hangen voor het doorgegeven werd aan de bezorger naar de Waddeneilanden.

    I contacted them via Messenger with my question about which products would be best to use. I received a quick response, and my inquiry about the whereabouts of my package was also answered promptly via email. Unfortunately, PostNL was not very cooperative; I was supposed to receive a sample pack of Greens because I was unsure if it would work for me. It was sent out right away, but unfortunately, I have not received it.
