    The order was easy and quick. The delivery was clear, and there is an option to pick up the package at a collection point. However, if you choose home delivery, you receive an email quite late regarding the delivery time, with no option to choose.

    I had a question after my previous first order, but I received a vague answer. I expected that a company that claims to know a lot about deacidification should be knowledgeable in this area.
