    It didn't go so smoothly. The first package didn't arrive, but the second one did.

    Friendly, but I found it a bit bothersome that I was immediately told I had to return a duplicate package if I received one. Meanwhile, I hadn't received anything yet, and it was quite a hassle to get just one package. If I had a business and wanted people to keep ordering, I would rather retain my customers by offering some extras when something goes wrong. Instead, it was mainly a hassle just to receive anything at all. Thankfully, it did arrive in the end.
