    DPD did not deliver to the requested pickup point but instead to the pharmacy next door. Quite frustrating, as those people have other things to attend to than playing pickup point. A lazy courier?

    Unfortunately, the deacidifying effect hasn't had any impact on me. I followed the 21-day course with Greens, drops, tablets, and tea. Additionally, I used Alka baths, Alka scrub, and skin cream. I continued with the drops, tablets, scrub, cream, and tea, occasionally having a pouch of greens and adjusting my diet. So my question is, how is this possible? After using your products for about 3 months, I'm left with quite a headache. Am I being misled here? I can't find my customer number anywhere—it's not on the orders, not on the order confirmations, and not in my account.
