    No idea what you mean, but ordering went well, only the delivery was a bit lacking. The delivery service had taken it back to a parcel delivery address.

    I suspect that Alka definitely values good customer service. I have no personal experience with it, but that's the impression I get. Just one comment: I received the newsletter via email without requesting it, and I hadn't signed up for that.
