    BAD!!!!!!!! I sent an email after my order, asking why I have to pay shipping, as the amount was clearly higher than €29.95. This is misleading advertising. If I have to pay because I live abroad, that’s fine, but you need to clarify that this only applies to the Netherlands in advance!!!! I find the customer service lacking because I haven't received any response to my email. I give 5 stars for the product, but for customer service, a well-intended 1.
