    Recommendation: Yes

    The delivery of the package wasn't very smooth. The postal worker could have delivered it to the neighbors but didn't. I had to ride my bike (through the snow) to pick it up. Turned out the day was marked incorrectly, so I had to go again the next day. I

    Perfect, I had made a mistake with the discount promotion and after a nice conversation with one of the ladies, it was credited back to my account the same day. That is SERVICE!

    We indicated a new shipping address, but the old one was still used despite providing the new one. So the package was delivered to the wrong address. We are still waiting for the delivery and have had phone contact; it will be corrected.
