    I didn't find the response very friendly and it was questionable regarding my inquiry about a discount code I had seen online but couldn't enter. There was not an appropriate reaction when I mentioned that I would not buy a package and would wait for a promotion. Despite this, I went ahead and purchased an expensive package for 70 euros.

    It would have been nice if ALKA had included some test strips to measure the pH value. In the store, only 100 strips can be purchased at once for a significant amount. A small supply of these strips would create more confidence when trying out your products. It’s too early to judge whether I would recommend the product.
