    I wasn't home, and it was delivered in the village, where I could only pick it up the next day. This was inconvenient as I had to work in the following days, and I ended up needing to take hours off.

    Very pleasant. Also had phone contact with Chantal. Judging by the written information about the product: It could be described more clearly what is in the Alka drops. Additionally, the warning that an increase in pain/discomfort may occur in the initial phase of use could be emphasized more.

    Good. The day after ordering. But I wasn't home. It went to a pickup point. I would have preferred if it had been delivered to the neighbors.
