No special experience since I ordered online and there were no intermediaries. The packaging was very professional and the accompanying documentation was clear and interesting. That gives a very good impression of the quality of the whole. The results will need to confirm that, which is still a bit early to tell, but I am confident and am following the instructions closely. I recently called your customer service and spoke with a representative named Belinda. I found the conversation quite unhelpful. I shared my story about my husband, for whom I ordered tea and drops for his gout. I explained that his condition was worsening and that I needed to see a doctor (rheumatologist). Her response to me was quite sarcastic, suggesting that I should just go to the doctor. My husband and I found this attitude very unpleasant. She did provide some information, but when I insisted that we would still seek medical advice, she replied in an unkind tone that I believe is not how customers should be treated. I hope you can address this issue. Best regards.
