    Recommendation: Yes

    Delivery issues with DPD. They were scheduled to deliver on December 22 but didn’t show up, and no notice was left. I called on December 23 and it was finally delivered on December 28, with an address sticker placed incorrectly. Disappointing service!

    The conversation with one of your staff members was extremely pleasant. When I couldn't transfer the amount via online banking, she suggested in a second conversation to send the order by mail and collect payment through a one-time direct debit. Great service!
