    Great online experience; the website is clear and easy to use for placing orders. However, product information is hard to read, and it’s not clear which herbs are in the tea. I appreciate no shipping costs, but the products are pricey, likely due to brand

    I haven't had direct contact, but as a customer, you get the impression that there are people ready to assist you right away. The site is well organized and gives a good feeling about the customer service. I would recommend Alka if it were cheaper. The review is missing the 5th star due to the price. It's unfortunate that those who can't afford organic products and end up getting more acidic products could benefit from Alka, but they can't afford it. It feels like it's only for the elite. Such a pity for these wonderful products!
