    Great service. Received the order quickly and in perfect condition.

    The pump of the ordered Alka cream did not work. After a phone call, it was resolved very quickly. I received a new cream, which arrived the next day, with a nice note of apology for the inconvenience. I could return the cream with the broken pump free of charge.
    All in all, excellent service. Well handled!
