    Great. However, the last time I ordered at 15:55, I didn't receive my order the next day. It's quite disappointing because I was left without products over the weekend. Free shipping is nice, but I find your products quite expensive!

    Had email contact. Quick response and easy communication. However, I find the products quite expensive, which could be a reason to look for alternative products.
