    Very good, I received my order at home within 2 days. The website clearly outlined what I needed to do to place my order, and I received a confirmation email for my order and payment right away.

    The ordering process and handling of my inquiry went very smoothly and pleasantly. I find the delivery time normal. However, I'm not satisfied with the delivery method. I don't want my packages to be delivered to my neighbors.

    I was helped well by customer service. I wanted to use a discount code - I had placed extra stock in the shopping cart to order - but it didn't work. I emailed my question about why the discount code wasn't working. The next day, I received a message that the discount code should work again, and I could immediately place my order with the discount code. I am very satisfied because my issue was resolved and I was helped quickly.
