    I believe Alka shipped the products quickly and accurately, but the courier initially delivered it to a pickup point. After a complaint, they delivered the package to our home address.

    Very good, it's also nice that a specific delivery time is provided, between 10:30 and 11:30 AM.

    Haven't needed to contact them by phone yet. The website provides a lot of information. It's also nice to know that you can always consult a coach. I started the 21-day Alka cleansing program and this is my first experience with Alka.
