    Very difficult to reach by phone. I often encountered a busy signal. When I finally got through after calling 6 times, it was very busy, but I was able to request a call back, which was fine. The lady was very nice.
    The response was confusing regarding the use with medication. At first, it had no effect. However, towards the end of the conversation, I was told there should be at least half an hour between using the drops and taking medication. Quite confusing, especially on such an important topic!
