I haven't had direct contact with customer service, but there is plenty of information available on the site and through brochures.

I had a problem with the payment and it was resolved well. Additionally, the handling or cancellation of the outstanding orders was managed effectively.

I asked for information booklets about the products for my general practitioner. I kept receiving medication for gout with various side effects. My son has been using your products for 3 months, and his gout complaints are gone without any side effects. So now I have also switched to the Alka products with good results. I also received information booklets for my cardiologist, who is very interested for his patients. So not only do you get results for yourself, but you also help other patients.
