    Smooth and accurate. I do find it a bit disappointing that information brochures are always included. I consider this unnecessary paper waste.

    Poor service. The package was sent to my old address, even though my new address was correctly in the system. My previous order was sent to the new address, which Alka also confirmed. As a result, I had no new Alka drops on the day of my departure abroad.

    It felt engaging but in reality, it was not great. They asked me if I could pick up the package at the old address, in other words, the problem was placed on me. Not very nice for someone who has been a loyal customer for 5 years. With good service, I would expect a new package sent to the correct address immediately. After several calls (the staff were on vacation again), I finally managed to get in touch, and my wife will pick it up in a few weeks.
