    Your standard procedure didn’t work for me. After a phone call, ordering was possible. The delivery was really quick. In an earlier contact, I was referred to a store in Antwerp, which I didn’t find particularly interesting.

    Contact with the Belgian service was perfect, but I found the contact with the Netherlands to be a bit less satisfactory; I got the impression that they suggested I should take care of it in Belgium.

    I found the contact with the Belgian service to be perfect, but the contact with the Netherlands was a bit less favorable; I got the impression there that I should just sort it out in Belgium.
