    The delivery was perfect; they notified me they would come after 13:15, and that happened. However, I have an issue with the ordering process on the site; I often face difficulties and have to call for assistance. I ordered 3 boxes of Alka tea for 65.95 e

    The process went very smoothly. It was unfortunate that we stayed home the whole day on the day of the order, as we later found out that the delivery would only be mentioned in the email later that day, stating it would arrive in the late afternoon. However, it did arrive on time.
    Suggestion: In the email indicating the day of delivery, it would be helpful to mention that the exact time will be provided in a follow-up email the next day. (Then we would have checked, of course.)
