    I don't really understand how that is meant. I just order what I need, and 2 days later or even 1 day later I already have it at home. Perfect. I actually don't think I've needed customer service. The necessary information about the products, orders, and shipping can be found on the site and in the brochures you send along. I sometimes pass this on to others who are interested.
