Mix the bath water thoroughly with your hands to ensure that the alkaline bath salt dissolves completely.

During an intensive regimen, 3-4 baths per week are recommended. After that, 1-2 baths per week suffice. Also, brush your skin while bathing, dry gently, then apply Alka® Crème. 

Tip: Brush the skin during bathing for better results. Gently pat the body dry with a towel after the bath and apply Alka® Crème.

Tip 2: Basische voet- en handbad

Zo maak je een basisch voet- en/of handbad.

Tip: Wil je wat extra’s doen? Borstel je handen of voeten dan met een badborstel. Zo verwijder je dode huidcellen en stimuleer je de bloedsomloop. Smeer je handen of voeten na afloop in met Alka® Crème.

Zo gebruik je Alka® Mineralenzout onder de douche.
 

Temperatuur: Douche zoals gebruikelijk 
Aantal schepjes: ½ tot 1 in je handpalm
Tijd:5 tot 10 minuten scrubtijd


Spoel je lichaam eerst goed af. Neem vervolgens een kleine hoeveelheid basisch zout in je handpalm en scrub hiermee je hele lichaam of specifieke zones.

Doe dit 2 tot 3 keer per week voor een zuiver en fris huidgevoel.

Tip: Gebruik na het douchen Alka® Crème om de huid extra te verzorgen en te hydrateren. Zo verleng je het effect van de basische verzorging.

Tip 4: Bad voor baby en kind

Alka® Mineralenzout is zo zacht en vriendelijk voor de huid, dat het ook geschikt is voor de baby- en kinderhuid. Zo maak je een heerlijk badje voor je kleintje.

Tip: Masseer het huidje van je kind zachtjes met basische water. Voor een optimaal effect kun je maximaal 2 basische baden per week nemen. Smeer het huidje na afloop in met de ultra-zachte Alka® Crème.

Tip 5: Basische haarverzorging

Ook je haar kun je verzorgen met Alka® Mineralenzout. Zo maak je een eenvoudige spoeling voor een frisse hoofdhuid.
 

Hoeveelheid: 1 tl op 200 ml lauwwarm water
Toepassing: Op vochtig haar sprayen of gieten


Masseer het mengsel zachtjes in de hoofdhuid en spoel het daarna uit met een natuurlijke shampoo.

Tip: Gebruik deze spoeling maximaal 4 keer per week. Het helpt je hoofdhuid in balans te brengen en draagt bij aan een gezond gevoel bij de haaraanzet.
